- The staff were wonderful, gracious, helpful and understanding.
Cons -
- Yes the front desk person was friendly and professional but she charged me $20/person for 2 people that I thought were staying with my husband and I. They left and I went to ask for $40 credit put back on my credit card and she said she couldn?t do it.
- No hand towels, wash clothes or blow dryer in the room. On the floor by the base of the toilet it appeared to have urine, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn?t work as well the outlets on the lamps. The staff at the front desk didn?t care.
- A bug crawled on me while i was in bed. Had to change rooms bought some home defense and sprayed the new room after seeing a couple of cockroaches. The vinyl floor was sticky and left my feet cole black was afraid to walk on it without shoes after that.
