The rooms were clean

Unfriendly desk people. Added charges to my credit card even though I was prepaid. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful.

The rooms are dirty. Mattresses and pillows stained and can see stains through very thin sheets and pillow cases. Door near pool that leads to back parking lot didn?t even have a door knob. You cannot lock the door!

It was nice and clean and hotel employee was very sweet and helpful has the wife and I talking about coming down a day early for our trip to Branson next month just to see her

The location was ideal for visiting the surrounding areas The hotel was so clean and well kept Had everything we needed in our room¿. Breakfast was lovely. And the staff from front desk to breakfast coordinator & house keepers we so helpful

Room smelt like cigarettes and mold. There was mold above the mirror in bathroom. 6 cars in parking lot but considered "full" when requesting a different room. Breakfast was microwaved in in tuberware assumingly yesterday's left overs.

Its proximity to my father¿s nursing home. No bedbugs.

When I checked the mattress for bedbugs, I could not believe how disgustingly filthy they were. The carpet was matted down to a point I didn¿t want to put my bare feet on it. After seeing that, I was afraid to get into the shower.

They are one of only a few hotels in the area with an indoor pool and spa. This was an important part of the booking for us as are children were wanting to swim and we knew this time of year the weather would be hit or miss. Both were open and worked.

The hotel has no elevator, every guest staying were put on the 2nd floor. Also out of nowhere the card on file was charged $35. It's just a typical Indian owned Nickel and dime you hotel that provides as little as possible in a crap setting.

No elevator. No advance warning that there was no elevator. Sloppy housekeeping, staff indifference, and whoever makes the eggs should stop. Don't offer eggs that look and taste that bad.

Close to highway. Access to amenities.

Stale cereal. Breakfast bar needs many improvements! Common hallway upstairs was not air conditioned and very hot..

Evening front desk staff was very friendly

The floor was wet across half the room from the refrigerator leaking...room had a sour smell in it The doors were not locked anyone could come and go

The tv was hooked up to a switch that also controlled the lights. So turn off the lights and no tv or microwave.

Great location. We were visiting with family and didn't take in all the shopping so close by. Easy on and off the highway to Springfield or Branson.

At the breakfast bar Sunday morning, after making a waffle the syrup dispenser was covered with ants. The ants dropped all over my food and the table we were eating at. We threw our food in the trash and left after telling other customers that were there

Staff was very friendly and easy check in

The rooms were not very clean. Lots of hair on the tile, tub and sink area. The bed covers were either dirty or stained. I don't mind the age of hotels as long as they are clean.
