American Inn Ozark

Reception was not very friendly grouchy, room was dated , shower was very low child height

Quiet location off of the main highway. It faces away from the traffic and was very quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I found the owner to be very friendly and accommodating.

The hallway on the top floor did smell of tobacco smoke but my room did not. It is a no frills motel but I would have liked a phone and alarm clock in the room.

Nothing. It stunk beds had bugs chairs had stains one set of towels for two people no coffee no breakfast angry arguementative desk person

Everything--- tried to charge extra fee and would not give me my change, smelled like stale cigarette smoke, stained furniture, single towel and wash cloth for 2 people no coffee, no breakfast, mean, angry loud arguementative person at desk1

It was close to my family home. Did like there coffee.

No phone service, our wake call was someone knotting on the door. We had a do not sign on the door and someone come in every day. Which we did not like.

The staff was rude and disrespectful. The motel charged me extra for people that came in to visit. I showed the clerk the policy on the website, that stated any adult or child could stay at no additional charge if no extra beds were required.

Room was suppose to be non-smoking but smelt like smoke
