Everything. Rude staff, dirty, and smelly

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean/comfortable.

There's no breakfast, pool, nor fitness machines. This is a nice room but nothing more.

nothing, the cleaning ladies are very nice, but the people that run the front desk are rude to say the least.

they overcharged my credit card and raised the prices after price was already pending, they are stealing from people, they just charge my card without my authorization and then they rude when I confronted them about it and just walked away.

The people are very nice at the front desk.And the rooms are clean and it's quiet and it's smells good

Price is good, location near a highway exit is ok, but slightly hard to find. Rooms are very clean and not worn. Price is very reasonable, hopefully the lack of Breakfast was taken into account.

Breakfast is not offered onsite "due to COVID". The sign stating this is not shown during check in, just at breakfast time. Also not stated during check in. Also, the hotel is very near an on ramp, so all rooms on this side are extremely noisy.

It was dirty and discussing & smelled furniture was ripped tv not working I was terrified

It was a place to sleep. No bed bugs.

The room was hot, it smelled funny and messed with my asthma, they didn't have a breakfast even though they said they did.

The bed was comfortable.The people were very nice and the room was clean.

This is a case of don't judge a book by its cover. Our stay was fantastic! The room was super clean, bed was comfy, and the shower had amazing water pressure! I definitely recommend and I myself would absolutely stay again if I'm ever passing thru again.

Other guests were a little noisy but it was a Saturday night.

Room was updated and clean good for the price but the front desk opened the door and would not give me a room key

The shower water pressure was the best part about our stay. The beds were comfortable.

The security lock was broken on the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, poop was on the bathroom doorway, and the website advertises breakfast but there was none.

Booked a King bed but was told non available when checking in. Was giving a room with 2 full beds. Staff wasn¿t very friendly or helpful.

The room was very clean and I felt secure knowing there was only one entrance up to the floor that we stayed on! Also, the amenities were nice since the place was under a remodel! The express check out was nice as we could just leave w/o hassle.

The housekeepers knocked on the door@9am to see if we were still in the room.We were upset b/c we were trying to sleep. We told them that we were and then they came back around 10:15 to check again, this time they just opened the door.Check out was @11.

Inexpensive and close to the highway - safer looking than I thought it would be. Nice owner.

Common areas were a little hot and stuffy - thin walls and easy to hear what is going on all around you.

The outside was a little rundown and we were a little skeptical about what the rooms would be like. Room was presentable, but lots if traffic and location was not the best. Not worth the price we had to pay.

Walmart and Quick Trip are within 1 to 2 blocks. At least 5 food options within walking distance.

No Pool. Highway traffic. Hard to get to.

Not many redeeming factors about this place

Dirty shower walls, poor performance by front desk. Put me in an already occupied room. The bathroom sink had bad faucet. The tub had a continuous water leak. There was virtually nothing available for breakfast at 8:00 AM.

Fully remodeled and awesome location.

They are still trying to charge my card
