Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kansas City - Oak Grove I-70 by IHG

I think this is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed at, the staff was great, the breakfast was great and special thanks to the young lady at the front desk this morning,I was traveling with granddaughter and she helped us put a ponytail in

Super friendly staff that met me late at night as I was arriving to check me in.

I really found nothing that I could complain about this bed was fantastic the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants to get food. Very enjoyable stay.

The parking here is terrible. our room had tiny aunts. We got in late and grabbed food to eat. We were told we could not eat in the lobby or the outdoor patio due to it being quiet hours. Staff had a kid in the office when were told it was quiet hours.

The overall smell of the hotel was strong with some kind of air freshener. It wasn?t that way in our room but everywhere else the strong scent was a bit too much. If anyone has allergy?s or asthma it could be an issue .

when we checked out the guy was outside smoking. I asked him for a receipt and he was irritated he had to put out his cigarette and walk all of 10 feet to the front desk. When he handed me my receipt I said thank you and he just responded with uh hum.

The room we stayed in was disgusting. The sheets that were supposedly changed had stains. The room had had a smell. There was a clanging noise every few minutes. When the mattress liner was removed there was a large stain with mold. We were moved

Abundent Breakfast options, it was amazing. Pool was nice, staff was friendly- they went beyond to make me and my children happy, excellent location, rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were so comfy. We'll stay here again!

Needed a hot tub. The pool was not heated. But on a hot day it was refreshing.

Dog hair everywhere! Pet friendly in EVERY ROOM. What about allergic humans? The first room air danced with curly white d hair every time the A. C came on. Disgusting and unhealthy. I wasn¿t aware that HI E values pets over humans who pay the bill

People on the floor above us were horribly noisy stomping around like elephants. Called the front office around midnight. Nothing was done. Noise finally stopped at 3am. I only got 2 hours of sleep.

We had reserved and paid extra for an accessable and requested close to the elevator. Room was on the third floor near the end and it was not accessable. Talked to clerk and he said he would talk to manager. Heard nothing back.

Nothing really!

Our room was very warm, air barely worked, loud bangs all night and it wasn¿t fireworks! Breakfast was blah! You couldn¿t tell who was staff, everyone walked around in tshirts and jeans.

The bed was sooo comfortable! I slept like a baby. There was a Walmart next to it, which was very convenient.

Front desk staff was rude when we first walked in. Until it realized we had a reservation.

Can¿t think of a thing, not up to the holiday inn standard.

A/C wouldn¿t work, got up to 80 the front desk manager didn¿t have the mental capacity to help me will the issue, hated that I pre-payed the room no leverage to get a refund.

The bed was awesome!! Breakfast had excellent choices as well. Loved the pancake maker. :)

Very clean hotel. Nice hot breakfast. Pricing fair.

Newer hotel with large, modern rooms. Needs were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and close to I-70.

The room could have been cleaner. There was a used wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain rod and hair in the shower. I also don't care for the shared shampoo dispenser concept.
