- The cheerful welcome from Bino when I checked in. She was kind, pleasant and professional. If all reception desks had someone like her, the world would be a gentler place!
- Very friendly and helpful staff. We got in late so appreciated the food for purchase (frozen pizza). Breakfast was good too
- Location & proximity to restaurants
Cons -
- They double booked our room so while I was in the shower some random guy walked into my room and said they told him I was classified as a no show! The breakfast was a joke, hallways smelled like pee, middle of a cheap renovation, elevator didn’t work!
- The lock on the bathroom door needed repair/replacing.
- Occasional Highway noise
