- Dirty rooms, did not answer telephone for 2+ hours, reservation mixed up. Breakfast unappetizing. Putting out the heels of bread for toast? Dirty breakfast area too.
- Had to fix toilet it kept running. Dropped something behind bed and there was toys and trash there.
- Toilet not flushed. Trash in trash can obviously not clean
