The woman that checked us in she was not only friendly but did her best to get us in early as well as educated me further on points and levels when I asked her.

A whirl pool tub would have been nice but not required

There was no lamp or power outlets on the desk. The indirect lighting built into the cabinet did not work. Security latch on the door would not engage. They had plastic cups in the bathroom with no sealed plastic to prevent contamination from prior gue

The Staff was amazing, kind, and responsive throughout our entire stay. The "slow close" hotel room doors were great b/c it didn't allow other guests to slam their doors at all hours & we were able to sleep in! A nice continental breakfast too!

When we arrived on late Monday afternoon, my 12 yr old wanted to swim but he could not as the pool had not been cleaned. It was very dirty & slimy from the wknd. There was no way we were getting in that water. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

The tub drain needed to be unclogged. Every time we took a shower, we ended up standing in a foot of dirty water. Disgusting.

The decor throughout the hotel up to date. The room was clean as well as the hotel lobby.

Room were clean and location was great—close to shops and restaurants but in a quieter area so it was enjoyable and restful.

Can’t say anything really negative...waited a few minutes on staff to come to front desk but with COVID they may have been understaffed.

Photos of the room choices were accurate. Friendly staff. Quick, easy, and painless check-in. They were cooperative with your time of arrival so long as you kept the updated.

Brand new, very clean, great breakfast.

The surrounding area is not developed yet, but only a few miles from a mall and several great restaurants.

Convenient to where we needed to be, but far enough away from traffic that it was quiet and peaceful.

The fan that automatically turns on when the bathroom light turns on is WAY too loud. It would be nice if one had an option to turn on a light AND/OR the fan.

It was new and clean. Service staff was very friendly.

The room smelled very musty. Fortunately the window opened to air it out. However, there was no screen on the window to keep bugs out. The items sold in the snack area were minimal.
