Order was very strong of trash husband had to go to hospital to much bleach in pool caused nose bleed

Nothing In the room had been cleaned. Every flat surface had rings with sticky residue from drinks with hair stuck in it. The floor was wet. There was mold in the corners. The bathroom was overwhelming with the smell of urine. There was poop in the bath

Good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was as expected.

Room had a musty smell and the carpet was damp from the humidity. TV was covered in dust. Very small. No outlet by either bed.

Booked a king room given a queen ada room, water/hair all over the bathroom floor, as soon as I walked in the room . Given different room with king bed, floor next to the bed had flakes or old chips littering the carpet, unvacuumed. overall gross

The bed was very nice

The breakfast the milk I poured in my cereal was spoiled and I didn't find out till after it was in my mouth

It was dirty, disgusting. Floor was sinking, drawers & fridge wouldn't stay closed. Pillows were like pancakes, bed was warped.

It was filthy , elevator needed cleaning walls where disgusting ! At breakfast they where serving spoiled milk ! My wife unfortunately ingested some ! Poor breakfast choices, stone mattresses haven't slept on a bed that hard since sleeping on cement !!

No comment. I would like my money back. Between bugs, broken things,dirty beds,floors need cleaned

The shower did not get warm. The advertised pool and hot tub were not available. The window A/C unit in another room caused an electrical fire. When I complained, the front desk called the police. The officers said this happens frequently

There was no laundry service available however they were under some construction

After having to prove to the desk guy that the first bed they put us in had a huge dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable , he put us in a double upstairs. I mentioned the mattress. Yet he 20 years old and he laughed in my face. The mattress was bad

Being made to feel embarrassed about the condition of the bed, that I was the liar. Breakfast thrown together. Coffee etc empty. Carpets felt wet but no water.…? Loud pounding/vibrating in wall hallway on our wall side. It was an expensive disappointment

The entire hotel was dirty. We had to be moved because of the toilet not flushing mold and bathroom overall being not clean. We were moved to the 3rd floor and conditions were no better.

The lobby appeared to have been updated recently

The shower enclosure felt like a dark dungeon, the water would not drain efficiently and never got warm. I didn't take the time to complain as we had arrived late and had to leave early.

Everything! The reservation said 2pm check in but the staff at the hotel said 3pm came back at 3pm but room wasn't ready due to cleaning. Staff was horrible. Pool and hot tub was closed and the ice machine was broke. shower had hair in it.

Absolutely NOTHING!

They couldn?t find my reservation and we had to book and pay for another room. Poor communication. Hotel is falling apart. Toilet ran all night, paint peeling, general room condition was poor. Coffee and juice was watered down. Poor breakfast selection.

Unlisted charges that the cheating crook behind the counter tried to squeeze out of me! Tried to charge an additional $200 a night because I had the 2 dogs on my reservation with me!

Yes the safety was a huge concern. Our room didn't have a option for a latch as well as our window was half a piece of plywood. There was a huge language barrier with the front desk staff . The room was dingy and dust caked on the headboard

The first room had no top lock & when i requested a different room, the staff argued with me about the lock. Then when I finally got into my second room. It was dirty with toenail clippings & food on the floor. Hair in the shower. Dirty.
