Musty smell in hallway, broken elevator, so-so breakfast

Rm 219 beds need replaced ....mattress just sinks when you lay down. TV didn't work. Posted maximum room rate $ was LESS than what I was charged; I feel I was overcharged

Sour shower curtain; how no one on staff noticed is questionable; it was replaced.

I could hear people in the hallway and in the room next to us. Hotel seemed somewhat dated.

Proximity to our planned activities. We¿ve stayed here several times and were fine with it - not this time.

It took an extremely long time to check in/ due to internet problems and had trouble reading our credit card. Paid same price for 2 rooms but one was bigger with larger TV and had a comfortable chair. The other didn¿t measure up.

The staff was the best I have ever had staying in ANY HOTEL  I¿ve ever been in. Hotel employee far surpassed my expectations. Thank you Marriott for hiring the people who make a difference! I¿d come back to that location again and again.

I wish there was an ice machine on our floor. No hot breakfast.

Nice rooms for the price. Bed was comfortable.

Business center was closed and needed to use the computer. There are no coffee pots in the rooms but i didnt see some dowb stairs when checking out. Pool and fitness center was closed.

The cleanliness if this hotel is evident in everything they do. Our room was comfortable and spotless. An ample "grab and go" breakfast was prepared by an associate, masked and gloved, and extremely friendly and caring. The entire staff is wondetrful.

Desk counter host was smoking cigarettes outside and rushed indoors with all the smoke to assist our checkin. Gag.

We stayed three days and they forgot to clean the room one day. When we returned and noticed to was not cleaned the front desk said sorry we have no cleaning staff. Really!

They said they would give a 50.00 rebate for the room incident, never saw it.

Except for the manager, the staff was great!

Leaky toilet, mold, pool was offline most of the time. Charged more than they said they would to my card causing $70 in service fees.

It was very clean and bright inside. The staff was very friendly. The selection for breakfast was great and the food was very good.

The water pressure of the shower was very weak. The spray was adjustable however it needed to be more powerful. My brothers stayed in other rooms (all on the same floor) and apparently their showers were pretty good so I guess it depends on the room.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

The hot-tub in the swimming pool area was out of order.

Clean, Modern, Night Front Desk Lady is always so kind and helpful.

The best part was the kind caring staff. The nicest one was the lady who does breakfast, who was super nice, kind, caring, and just an overall wonderful person. Our room was just right for what we needed (clean and plenty of towels provided).

Only negative, the spa was filthy. My 14 year old used it (not knowing till too late) and consequently ended up with pseudomonas folliculitis, a severe rash all over that will take days to go away, constant treatment, and no scratching or severe scaring.

Has been remodeled since my last stay there--very nice. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was the best I've had. The staff was very nice and friendly. Loved the spaciousness of the counter in the bathroom and the overall design of the room.

The incidentals charge, although it was returned was a surprise.
