Comfort Inn Lees Summit @ Hwy 50 & Hwy 291

It was clean

Discovered bed bugs in the room after being there 2 hours. Checked out early, after presenting evidence in a closed coffee cup.

Nothning

Poor quality and torn out towels; very cheap shower soap; wrinkled (inside) pillows; dirty refrigerator; break fast can have a banana; damaged gym equipments

The friendly staff

Spaces could be freshened up, new paint and such. The TV in my room did match the TV guide channels but that may just be that room .

The tv in the room was very large

The drawers on all of the cabinets in the room kept coming open because the floor is uneven

the location worked for our event

refrigerator didnt work. ice machine was always out of ice. found an empty can behind the chair

The outside of the hotel was not appealing at all!! Looks ran down but you can notice staff try?s to keep the inside up to par.

Three times I requested a first floor room and I was told that I would have a first floor room but when I arrived I was told that I would have a 3rd floor room because the cleaning people didn?t show up. Which is not my problem. I?m 73 years old.

The staff was friendly enough, and the stay was OK overall. There are better hotels than this one, but it will do if needed. I probably would choose another over this one in the future.

The hotel could use updating. The toilet paper holder in my room was loose and coming out of the wall, and there was old dust and buildup in several places, including the room's air conditioning unit and the hair dryer. Bring Lysol wipes if you stay here.

Great location and nice room. However the bed was very uncomfortable because it was too hard. Ive stayed in cheaper hotels where their beds were comfortable.

The uncomfortable bed that gave me a backache.

The location of this hotel is convienant for us when visiting Lee's Summit. We don't spend much time in the room, which is adequate for our needs.

We have used this hotel several times. The irritating point this time was having to wait in line to check in. We arrived 10 minutes before 3 PM. There were several people already there waiting to check in. The desk person refused to check anyone in.

Everything, everywhere clean, comfortable bed, able to control room temperature, hot shower, hot water maker in room, refrigerator in room, comfortable pillows, fresh fruit for breakfast, hot water for tea, QUIET sleep filled night, wonderful!

Water. City Tap water had strong smell and the ¿Welcome¿ water in the lobby had synthetic chemicals in it, it urine colored. A simple filtered water machine to fill up water bottle after long day of traveling would have been more of a ¿Welcome¿.

Quiet, close to major highway and shops

Cleanliness was questionable

Price was right and the room was ready on time and clean

The pool area was clean and well maintained. The location was conveniently located. Staff was friendly.

Chair in the room was dirty and stained. The sheer curtains were torn all up and had multiple stains on them. The lamp shade had multiple stains on it and the corner of the lid on the toilet was broke off. Room just overall wasn¿t worth what we paid.

It smelled. Old and desperately in need of repair. Asked for a plunger and was told that one would be brought up when the room was cleaned¿..meaning AFTER we left. It just felt creepy and gross. Not staying here again.

Good location. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good

Would stay again. Would bring my own pillows

Found a roach after being in the room for 30 seconds. the staff was extremely rude and refused to give us a new room when I asked to switch.

Lots of cockroaches. Killed 2. One crawling in bed. Light in bathroom burned out. Thermostat on heater did not work.

Easy to get to, close to where we needed to be.

I was disappointed. I¿ve stayed in several Comfort Inns and this one was not nearly as nice as others. I know that Comfort Inn is not luxury, but this one needs to be updated. N

Location was good amd early check in

Bed bug bites all over
