- Clean, quite.
- The location is fantastic. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice but not large. Very comfortable place to stay in the Power and Light District. Easy walk to the T Mobil Center.

- Staffing was light because it was a holiday weekend. They did not provide information about what in the hotel was still operational and what area attractions were still open.

- I thought it was pretty expensive to not have parking included, honestly was the only downfall
