Lack of housekeeping even after requesting at check in

The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is nice and is in walking distance to bars and restaurants.

1. Paying $23 to park my car when the parking lot isn't even gated nor valet was ridiculous. 2. The continental breakfast area was understaffed. They were completely out of coffee, all juices, and eggs during our visit, and there was still an hour left of breakfast. 3. Housekeeping left a QR code in our room to leave a tip; yet, there was a pistachio shell on the floor of our room upon arrival and we had hand soap in the shower instead of body wash.

Location was great. Balcony was wonderful.

No hot water and light was out in the bathroom.

Great central location, very nice facility, everything was clean & beautiful, absolutely wonderful Staff, felt safe, great shower, streetcar stop, not too noisy for being in the middle of everything

Hotel attendant didn’t disclose that uncovered parking cost $20. When fairness of practice was raised, hotel shrugged.

Excellent Location. Very nice facility. Excellent Location.Did not like parking lot was full after paying hotel for parking and told my car would be towed if parked in drop off lane. Please fix that.

Did not have enough bath towels. Staff did not provide clean towels when we asked. Staff said they had a towel shortage. This went on the entirety of our 4 day stay. Staff was not overly helpful.

I thought the room, being a “king suite” would have been a bit bigger.

The location is great. You can walk to T Mobile arena or the Kauffman Center. There is a street car outside the front door that can take you to Union Station or the River Market area. There are several excellent restaurants nearby that you can walk to.

The parking situation isn’t great but we didn’t have to worry about driving to the basketball game at T Mobile or the show at the Kauffman center. Parking casts 18$ per night.
