Nice rooms. Clean. Great location. Comfy bed.
Minor things. The bathroom sink clogged. The hair dryer started to spark and smoke.

the location was very convenient for our needs
I booked my room with booking . com on 11/25/22. I arrived at the hotel around 6:15pm which was the time I chose on booking. com. I had my confirmation number , Id , and my Mastercard (that has allotted funds available) .I was told by the lady at the front desk that she couldn’t book my room. she tells me my card declined. so, I hand her a Visa card with appropriate funds available. she says it declines.. she was NOT PROFESSIONAL! I offered to pay cash. she declines my offer. I left the property. and took my business to the hotel next door. they had no issues booking my stay. I had to contact booking. com to avoid being charged for the room at candlewood. it was a huge hassle. and will not be attempting to stay there again.

The room was clean.
The shower had a lot of issues with leaking and spraying everywhere. Staff was not concerned with things that we had asked for.
