Nothing I checked in and checked right out in under 15 minutes

Bed was filthy out of shape look like the bed had its feet up instead of me smh and there was dead bug on the floor AC was raggedy along with the bathroom I’m glad I got out of there asap

Bathroom tub dirty, light in the room not working, A/C not cool, breakfast poor not a let of choice

I reserved a room with a whirlpool and also an outdoor pool! The room had NO WHIRLPOOL and hasn't for over a year Also, No pool outside not been in service for 2 years! The whirlpool and pool are THE ONLY reason I booked this! Ruined trip

The ease of getting to it.

The quality of the mattress. It dips in the middle and has a strange incline of about 4 inches at the end of the bed. Plus the side of the mattress was stained and had a rust color appearance like it had water damage.

Nothing at all

The hotel was horrible. The tub was dirty, the toilet didn?t flush at all. We couldn?t even use the bathroom. And it was crumbs in the bed. Worst hotel ever

The both female front desk personnel was great

The bathroom was less than desirable. The flooring and cabinets needs updating.

Location

The furniture was outdated and it just felt dirty. It was definitely overpriced and will not be returning.

Convenient location. Check in was easy and the lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly.

Room was not cleaned well. Very dusty. Unidentifiable substance on one of the headboards. Comforter on one of the beds was unwashed and stained. Bathroom mirror and counter had toothpaste splatters. AC dirty.

Closest door was broken, wouldn¿t stay shut. Bed mattress was harder than I like.

It was clean for the most part and only 5 minutes away from our visit.

the paint in the bathrooms could have been done it was chipping so a fresh coat of paint would have been good. Also, more toilet paper should have been provided without asking for it.

The hotel is extremely outdated. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. There were holes in the walls, the couch was worn and torn in places and the mattress was sunken in with very small pillows.

Location was very convenient.

Room was not well maintained. The light-blocking curtain was torn, the bathtub faucet was dripping. The night stand was extremely old and used.

Room was good size

Housekeeping seemed to cut corners. Little things like towel rack coming out of wall, flickering entry light, ironing board broken, mold growing in shower crevices. When I gave list to hotel owner he made comment this is a knit picking list.

Staff was very friendly for both checking in and out. Location was isolated so no problem with items in the back of truck as well as open trailer. When in Hayti, must check out Chubby's BBQ!

Typical of a 2 star, could be nicer but was clean and safe.

Receptionist was friendly

Paying full price and no breakfast. All the ice on the ground. The toilet didn't flush very well.

Smoke detectors in room were expired & hanging by wires, room reeked of pot, bathtub drain busted so it wouldn't fill up. Drove an extra half hour to stay at this hotel because they were supposed to have breakfast just for them to not have any at all

The easy access to the highway and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was a plus, but the actual breakfast itself was barely average.

The staff was not very friendly, our room had stains on the carpet, the bathroom mirror had a big crack in it and there was mildew/mold all around the tub! The wall paper was peeling off the walls in the dining room area as well. Definitely needs work!

The location was great. It would be nice if meal choices were close by.

The people that live at the hotel we are cooking food in their apartment and it was nasty smelling

Decent breakfast, but very typical, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy.

Television didn't work when we arrived, but staff came to the room and fixed it rather quickly. Hot tub spa had cloudy water and what looked like scum on the sides.

I liked that this hotel was located right off of the interstate. Staff was very helpful and kind. It was very quiet which made for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel's wall paper was coming off of the walls in multiple areas, which was just an eye sore. Also the hotel smelled old and unpleasant in the halls.
