Clean sheets

Woefully outdated. 7-foot ceiling in the entryway of the room/sink area, toilet in my room was installed 4-6" away from the wall with the wall unpainted behind it, dining area chairs upside flipped before 9 am (breakfast to be served until 9 am).

You have to ask for room service or you don't get fresh towels and other amenities.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Had breakfast around 7:30 and a lot of the choices were gone. And the waffle mix had separated. Need more attention to stocking, or, if you are concerned about overstock waste, ask patrons if there is anything you could get for them.

Very clean, easy to get to, and friendly staff.

Ease of check in and out

There were things left in the room from past guest (trash in places). The breakfast was not good and couldn't even get the toaster to work. Asked for help from kitchen employee and she couldn't get it to work either.

Easy check in. Clean room. Good for the function and a good value

Location and proximity to St Louis.

Room door was difficult to open and close. No one was available at checkout to confirm and receive room keys. Still waiting for refund of incidentals.

Location was perfect for our visit.

The Fitness Room is a washout. The treadmill is OK, but well worn. The exercycle does not adjust to my body and does not work well. I understand exercise equipment is on order. I HOPE IT IS GOOD FOR MY NEXT VISIT. The TV offerings were terrible.

We've been staying in this hotel for 20 years or more, the location is perfect, the staff are always helpful, to within their abilities

Our room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. We asked the front desk for air freshener and received a refill can for an automatic air freshener, from Dollar General. Didn't help at all and every time we entered the room we got a nose full.

The staff, except one man, and breakfast were great.

The man that checked us out on the morning of June 3rd WREAKED of pot. Beds were smaller than expected. We thought we were getting two queens not two full.

The evening front desk person was very nice and helpful with suggestions on restaurants.

There was some kind of stain/dirt 0n one 9f the bedding g top covers. The rest of the bedding seemed fine.

Nothing really

Bed bugs and they wouldnt do anything about it after I paid --- dollars and stayed 2 hours because I didn't want my babies eat up

Quiet. Very clean. Wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows.

There was a Tornado in the area and the lights were off for a long time. The hotel staff was great and supportive of all guests.

Nothing. They ran my card for incedentials but denied my stay.

They were rude and broke the contract by not allowing me to stay

This hotel was nasty

This hotel room was nasty. It smelled extremely musty and smokey. There was black dirty spots all over the comforter. There was hair all over the comforter and the sheets! We had to ask for clean sheets. The shower was filthy, hair on toilet.

The breakfast is really good, the staff very friendly and helpful. I try and stay here as much as I can when I'm in town. Also this hotel is very quiet!

There was nothing I disliked

Staff was very friendly.

¿Suite¿ is not as shown in photos. No table and chairs in room which was what we needed. It¿s basically a second room without a bed, so very disappointing. Older hotel was weary and worn down.

This hotel is nice and quiet all the other people that stayed were quiet. I don't eat breakfast too much but I had some mini blueberry muffins they were great.

The only thing did I would really say is the price. But I understand what is going on in our country today, and as soon as we change it back around prices will go back down.
