Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Arnold

We tried to check in at 4:00 pm and was told our room was NOT ready.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Traffic getting in was a bit tricky.

The manager was amazing, our room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet and the nightly snacks and happy hour are awesome!!

Washer and dryer not working

Easy check-in. Clean room. Complimentary snacks/drinks in the evening and complimentary breakfast in the morning, although we didn't have enough time to stop and try it.

Easy to get to. Clean and quiet even though it's right next to I55

Love the free drink and food options. The decor is nice and the ac got the room really cold which is a Must for me.

It was a Really long walk from the dining area to the public rest rooms. Rough when you have a child or disabled person in your group. The refrigerators in the room were almost useless. Soaps for shower can?t access if taking a bath

Room was noisy because it faced the street. I will request a west facing room in the future.

Everything, no complaints. I wish we had more of these when we go down to Alabama every year. Stayed at a different hotel "Choice" the next night. It was horrible. We spent a little more for the Drury but it was well worth it.

This hotel is perfectly located. Lots of restaurants in Arnold, it¿s close to the Bluffs shopping area and South County Antique Mall. We use the ¿ avoid highways¿ feature on Maps and travel all over St. Louis safely, with this great hotel as our base.

The staff. Our special needs were met with a smile and care. Staff took the time to hold space for my parents in their grief for my dads mom and made us feel at home. The free meals had variety and were served long enough all could eat when ready

It would be nice if the hot tub opened a little earlier and the gym was a little bigger but this great place really served all of my family¿s needs quite well.l ppl

Clean, helpful, convenience. Nice we get breakfast, beverages & food at night that we don¿t need to leave the hotel to eat if we don¿t want.

Staff was great and very friendly. Room was very clean. Pool and gym were clean and well stocked with towels and sanitizer. We got a free hot buffet for supper and breakfast. Located near interstate. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Honestly everything! From walking in to the smell of popcorn to the excellent customer of the front desk. My room, was clean and bright. The mattress was the most comfortable one I¿ve ever slept on. Morning staff were amazing too! Great breakfast!!

Our newly remodeled room was very nice. The furnishings were attractive & the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well designed including an amazing walk in shower. We had a 10 day stay & were impressed with the friendliness of the staff.

Location is perfect for our travels. The last few times we tried to book we were unable to get a room. However with this stay we noticed they had been remodeling the property. What a nice surprise! Our room was done very nicely.....new carpet-bed-bath....
