Very clean, bed very comfortable

Location was great being right off the freeway and fairly close to Kansas City. Great price for a clean, comfortable, and very large room.

The bathroom is very dated and towels are sad. But they were clean, so I'd rather get the good price than pay more for a more updated bathroom with fluffy towels.

I liked it! The night clerk was super nice. Check in was quick. Parking was convenient. The room was very clean and extra comfortable. Was confused on how to operate the heat at first, but there's a switch on the wall to control the room temperature. Plenty of towels. Bathtub was clean, shower water felt great. Microwave and mini fridge worked perfectly. Wi-Fi connection was super. TV had many channel options. Had a good night's sleep on the huge bed, pillows were fluffy. Didn't see what 'breakfast' was like. Overall, very comfortable, clean and satisfactory.

Was a place to sleep but that's about it.

Expensive, for what you pay and no amenities.

How friendly the girl was. She was very nice and sweet and acted like she cared. Don't find that much these days. I will definitely stay there again because of her.

The window didn't lock.

Room was clean & comfortable..We'd stay there again....price was great,we have a small dog & he was free ..Motel 6 is Great about that!

No coffee ,their machine by the office was broken....that was disappointing

Didn't call the hotel for reservations, been traveling and doing this several times and the rates are stupid by calling, use the online bookings and they are way more consistent and you don't put up with someone you can't understand. Hotel was fair and gave everything you needed. Lit up well and seemed safe and secure. Good coffee!

Dog crap in the hallway, temp in the building was hot, it wasn't hot outside but it made it feel very germy. Not pleasant.

Air Conditioning/ Heat controls were somewhat operational

No hot water in sink or shower and the manager wanted to argue. Sad no shower while traveling. Manager wanted us to go to other end of complex just to shower and then go back to our room. It turned out no hot water anywhere. VERY SAD!!!

The motel is right off the interstate and the price was much more affordable than others in the area. The staff were very friendly. The motel was clean and quiet. No weird smells. Linens were clean. There is a refrigerator with a full sized freezer and a microwave. The property is not a Hilton, so if that’s what you’re looking for you won’t be happy. But it is a great value for a traveler needing a place to rest a few hours before hitting the road again. I will definitely stay again on my way back home in a couple of months.

The room exceeded my expectations greatly. The Waldorf Astoria it ain't, but it was clean and well maintained. The tv worked well with plenty of channels and the hot water was, well, hot. This was much more than I could expect for the price. Comparable hotels would be $40 more per night. I'd definitely stay there again.

It's in the middle of nowhere.

Clean but dated

Breakfast was some snack cakes and coffee was not good. Would have liked to see more options, if not hot food, at least muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt.

Front desk staff was helpful

Should be listed as Econolodge not Regency Inn, "included breakfast" is just a donut, vending/ice machines are out of order and look like they have been for months, general lack of care for the property and guest comfort.
