- Room was nice, staff were nice.
- Convenience to our event
- The hotel was nice, rooms were spacious, breakfast was plentiful.
Cons -
- Checking in took a long time. Front desk staff was by herself - only one person in line in front of me, but phone kept ringing. Took over 20 mins. to get checked in. Staff was apologetic though it wasn't really her fault; she could have used help.
- No free breakfast
- We checked in at midnight with 3 small children. When we entered our room, I could easily tell the air conditioning was not working. They said they had no other rooms so they gave us two fans. It was 90+ plus degrees outside so a very hot night of sleep.
