Hotel had serious bug problem. When I went to the front desk to inform the staff and request a different room or refund, they just gave me a fly swatter. Staff wasn’t helpful and kept me waiting while they hung out in a back office.

Scary place.

Dirty everything. McDonald’s bag and pizza box left in the room holes in the wall. I immediately left and went to another hotel and did not ask for a refund.

The location of the motel was good and the accessibility to the room was convenient.

Not enough towels or rags for the 4 day stay I was there, no coffee pot, no soap to wash hands with, only one shampoo packet to wash hair only one time for a4 day stay, and the blankets were too thin for a motel winter.

The toilet was leaking, water sitting on the floor, flies all over, and the bathroom wreaked of smoke. Beds seemed dirty with random hairs. Walls were soiled by sink counter.

Glad there was lots of lights on!

Parking area was too tight. Room met minimum standards. Hole in wall. Thought shower was going to be ambient temp until moved to Cold setting and it warmed up (backwards). No extra security lock on door.

Dirty hand prints on walls & ,doors. The floor boards were coming up. No safety on doors anyone could just walkin

No breakfast and no coffee in room. The coffee in the lobby was just for morning and it was more like instant coffee.

Location, price

It was very odd. Like they were in the process of remodeling and just stopped. No baseboards, one nightstand broken and falling off the wall.

Desk clerk friendly and accommodating.

Floor in room needed sweeping but rest of room was very clean.

Location and the head picnic tables in the back.

The shower was cold there was no trimming on the floor. Of course the trimming on the floor just made it look like a poor quality hotel. And the shower head throughout water from the shower head connection.

Quiet hotel night

Only one side of hotel good for parking safely. No scenery besides semi trucks. No deadbolt on door to lock. FILTHY floors. The bottom of my feet got black from walking on the floor. No signs to tell you which side of hotel to park on.

not one thing!! this was not the location we stayed at they moved us to kansas City Airport to be closer to the airport!

I have lots of pictures of this nightmare and plan to get my entire amount refunded asap there was no staff until we checked out no one would answer the phone from room. This place is not even close to acceptable it should be closed for good!!!

It was right off the interstate. Cleaning staff was friendly.

Hotel parking lot was in horrible condition, the hotel itself was poorly marked, the front desk staff was not friendly or professional. The toilet leaked water everywhere.

Room was very nice I liked the table n bench

I requested a late check out . These people went into my room and stripped the entire room of trash bed sheets / linen , took down the shower curtain , went through my things .. this all happened while was out getting an oil change! Completely livid !

Comfortable bed.

Bathroom had cobwebs and long black hair on the shower walls.

I loved that there wasn’t Carpeting. Usually they are stinky and dirty and bring down the motel.

Being across from a truck stop. We loved the white noise coming from the trucks when they ran all night but we’re a little Leary of the trucks coming and going and annoyed when they revved their engines, especially in the morning.

Great for the price. Very modern. Clean and comfortable. Looks as if it was updated recently. Checking in was fast and easy. Friendly. Air conditioning worked GREAT. Lots of places to eat close by.

Was just a small bit disappointed that breakfast was not included. But as I said...places to eat were close by.

appears to have recently been renovated. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. My favorite feature was the old towel/rag they left in the room asking it be used instead of full towels for cleaning the car. Came in very handy.

better signage to locate the entrance, the motel is located behind a large truck stop which masks the entrance. when I first arrived I did drive through the truck parking lot.

Everything was new and clean and freshly painted with an extra touch of care. When I checked in the woman at the desk allowed me to view the room before accepting it. The only thing which may scare some away is the outside is not totally painted.
