Grand Crowne Resort

We needed maintenance in our room and they came right away to fix it. They were very polite.

Location

The pull out did not work so my son just had to sleep on the couch. The neighbors in the adjoining room were smoking weed which made our room smell very strong as well.

The space was amazing. Huge, spacious, bright, affordable

Ten a.m. checkout is difficult on a family trip. They lied to convince us to do a timeshare presentation and had lost our reservation. The space made up for it though

The price and nice size room

We could hear some noise from the other rooms around us. The dishwasher is very loud and best to be ran when not in the room. They do try and sell you timeshares.

once we checked in they tried to get me to do a tour after multiple times of saying no they quit asking. There was mold on the team in kitchen.

Location was great.

Lack of Kitchen supplies, cleanliness, and sleeper sofas comfort.

The space you get for the price.

The key cards never worked. We literally had to go get a new key card ever time we left and came back. It would work fine once if at all and we'd be locked out of our room.

The kitchen and location

After checking in I was told to stand in line 4 a rep 3 issue me a parking pass. Another rep told me to sit at the desk of a rep who was on a call & she would get with me. As I sat others who were checked in after me were helped & I was ignored. I left.

The staff was friendly and the indoor pool was bigger than most places we¿ve stayed, kids loved it there.

The carpets could use replacing or just remove altogether and have wooded or vinyl flooring.

Plenty of room to be comfortable and a nice setup for each room.

One of the rooms I booked had large carpet stains.

Exactly as shown and described, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to several attractions but still far enough to have peace and quiet.

The ONLY thing I don¿t like about the resort is that the employees in charge of handing out parking passes try to sell you everything under the sun.

Entire room was spotless & the Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances.

Great space and good amenities.

Not necessarily the hotel, it was the fact that the photos advertised online showed a 4-5 star suite, but the actual room was like a normal 3 star hotel! Very deceptive photos. I would not have paid the extra money for a standard looking room.
