The location is great! Also the valet was wonderful in helping me retrieve my lost wallet! Also, easy texting with questions answered was great!

No soap in the bathroom and the paying for parking, but overall it was a great experience!

You had to request more items like toilet paper. Our room only had 1 roll

The rooms were very clean. Great location for walking to the landing and other surrounding shops and diners.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

The location was right by the Branson Landing walking distance. The hotel was clean. There was an outdoor pool, our room was comfortable and relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bartender at the level 2 bar we had (I wish we remembered his name) he just started there a week or so before we arrived was great and very friendly.

This is the most awesome place to stay!! Been staying here for the last 10 years. The location is perfect and everything about the hotel is very nice!!

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre compared to others we've had at other hotels for the price.One thing that we really didn't like was the inconsistencies when it came to the information about complimentary drinks.We were told we could use the tokens by staff at the front desk and restaurants when we called for drinks to be delivered to our room.Then after all is said and done my wife calls down to verify everything and then told otherwise that it's supposed to be used in person so they charged us for the drinks. Before we checked out we made sure that this was removed from our bill due to the inconsistency of information from staff.Obviously if staff told us beforehand we had to order in person we would have without issue but we were told otherwise.

The hotel location is exceptional and the staff and cleanliness was outstanding. Level 2 was such a wonderful surprise. We loved our view from the room.

The comforter on the bed was not very heavy, felt very thin. Would like to have had the fridge stocked with water and more than one day of coffee supplies left.

The Resturant On The Premises Was Not Priced For All Classes Of People. Have A Restaurant That All Your Customers Can Enjoy.

I have traveled across the western half of the US including Alaska and have stayed in very nice hotels, but this hotel exceeded all the others. The facilities and the staff were excellent. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
