Branson King Resort

Our room at a 1 1/2 inch gap beneath the room door which let alot of cold air under the door. We had to put a blanket in front of the door to keep the heat in.

I was happy it had a pool. We first booked a room at the Hone Suckel inn. We went to check in and at that time we were told the pool was closed. We left and on that way out spoke to worker there and they told us that the pool had been closed for months.

Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast in the morning. Pool was great. It was a saltwater pool!!

The staff was fantastic - front desk is super helpful in making sure your taken care of. The breakfast was great, staff was super nice and welcoming. The pool and game room were so so nice, the kids loved it. Very cool spot.

As far as the room, We had a piece of wood sticking out from the side of the bed so we had to cover it up so we didn¿t hit it with our shin, had small mold spots in the bathroom area, and our tub wouldn¿t fully drain so taking showers was interesting.

Location is close to pretty much everything you will want to do. Accept pets.

Accommodates lower income clientele, needs capital improvement but I¿m sure the owners are trying to land back on their feet from Covid.

The owners were so nice and gave us a free upgrade to the 2 bedroom condo which was BEAUTIFUL. I would go back just for the free biscuits and gravy which were delicious and Irena the breakfast cook/hostess was so sweet. The location is perfect. Thank you!

Room was not as nice as I thought I was booking.it showed a nice room 2 queen with sofa seating area.i had 2 of them . But it was just queens.

That hotel is awesome and cheap. I love that even though your checking in late the still accommodate you by leaving keys in a box so there's no worries about rushing and 11 at night. Also there breakfast there is absolutely the best the lady that makes

Breakfast is so nice she's friendly and very helpful. I think this is my hotel from now on loved my stay

The room was clean and very comfortable; close to everything. They served a very good breakfast; waffles, biscuits w/gravy, cereal, muffins, fruit, etc. The woman working the kitchen was pleasant and helpful. She did a great job on breakfast.

The breakfast was all starch. There wasn't a protein option. No eggs or meat except sausage in the gravy. Not a great meal for diabetic people.

Absolutely nothing!

It was not clean. Found a dirty article of clothing under the night stand. There was no phone and alarm clock. The frig and microwave was on top of a tiny fragile table.

They served a really good breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

The tub wouldn't drain. Housekeeping never came in to clean. We had to request they sweep the floor because it clearly wasn't done before we arrived. Everything needed dusted.

Staff friendly but overworked. Our room was never cleaned and never brought towels or gave us new towels after asking several times. Room was not clean, shower did not drain-room was not ready upon arrival and they never called to advise when room ready

The staff was amazing they called after I booked the room to see how our trip was going called again about an hour and 15 before their office closed to make sure we were still coming and gave us info about where our key would be. Hotel Employee was amazing!

Location

It was not a 4 star hotel. It was a motel associated with a luxury condo place. One room was missing towels and there was no soap in the room at all. One room had no blankets just sheets on the beds. Unlike ad,there was just a continental breakfast.

Morning breakfast fresh biscuits and gravy but the table and chairs were yuky, roches and ants in first room also just worn out, second room better, pool closed never said it was but locked up. Would not recommend find other and see room prior.

We had to change rooms 3 times due to very bad smells in the first 2 rooms. We had no blankets or comforters on the bed, no trash can, and the shower was moldy.

The front desk lady was griping out staff over the phone and radios. The room was super dusty, the pool green. There was no blankets on the bed just one sheet. We had to request blankets and then they questioned why we needed them. Bread for breakfast.

They did not clean room or restock coffee. Beds were old and hard. Towels were like sandpaper.

The room wasn't good there were repairs that needed to be done we had wholes in blankets and the Heat did not keep the room warm when I go to Branson I will pick a better room I don't see how this hotel got 4 stars
