Location was wonderful!

Room wasn’t clean ,supposed to be non smoking the elevator smelled of smoke several times, every time the toliet got flushed it would smell like sewer gas for hours after had brought it up to the attendant up front was told the first time “wasn’t sure what to do about that but she would try” had zero update had to go back down to the front desk then she told me since it was a holiday weekend and the maintenance man had already went home they weren’t willing to call anyone else. So I did ask for some sort of refund she wasn’t willing to help at all went to check out the next day spoke with that gentlemen about the same issue I was told the manager would be contacting me , the manager never contacted me, went to the pool no towels were clean or available people left there children unattended , the sweetest older lady had ask the breakfast attendant to please change the orange juice the breakfast attendant literally ROLLED HER EYES at her ,had been told the broken support bar in the shower was ONLY to put towels on , I’m not sure about anyone else but I’ve never showered with my towel inside the shower we have stayed several places in Branson this time we paid the extra money to have a indoor pool and was hoping for a nicer hotel just to treat ourselves but we will never be back and are extremely disappointed.

Rooms nice, staff very nice and helpful ,pool and hot tub is a plus being inside this time of the year

Not really a dislike , just a suggestion, Breakfast room was always busy , needs a bigger roomAnd the poor lady needs help to maintain all that she was doing and she stayed for hours to clean the mess and prepare it for the next day , she does an amazing job

Location was perfect, it was a great stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The key cards were the best we have ever used! The beds were extremely comfortable.

The only complaint is that we chose a hotel with an indoor heated pool for entertaining our 5 year old while not doing other things, and the pool wasn't heated. I couldn't swim with him at all. He would get out with blue lips. After a few days, he was tired of freezing and didn't want to go back. That was disappointing. But we will go back again this summer when we don't need the heated pool.
