The Park at Foxborough

The best thing about this hotel is its location.

I did not like a few things: 1. The pullout mattress was dirty and hard. 2. The comforter was old and covered in lint. 3. The room smelled like mold and mildew.

We enjoyed the personal parking space directly in front of the room.

The sofa couch was filthy, the bed was filthy with hair stains and smells. Food particles left all over the floor in the kitchen.

Very nice remodel and room clean, fairly quiet.

Poor shower heads, low pressure and water distribution.

We had a group of 6 adults and this room was great for this group. Location was excellent and easy to access. Kitchen and accommodations were very good.

Room too bright for good sleeping, no curtains just miniblinds. Stove needed maintenance, oven burned food and 1 burner didnt work. Sour smell in main bathroom. Sleeper sofa mattress dirty or rusty when unfolded.

There were no alarm clocks in the rooms. The beds were hard and seemed really old.

Had a kitchen area with coffee pot, stove, microwave and fridge, and washer and dryer in room. Very roomy.

The sheets for the sofa bed seemed dirty, some stains and could use an update on all bedding sheets, comforter. Bathroom could use an update as well but overall it was an okay stay.

The location was great! Having a washer and dryer In the room was fantastic!! The layout of the room was fantastic!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The side of the fridge had food spilled down it. The carpets looked pretty rough. The living room furniture is wore out and needs replaced. The air conditioning had something all over it.

Met out expectations. Is an older place but maintained well with volume of costumers.

Pool was ice cold our first couple of days but not the hotels fault or the staff. A few days of 90 and above temps the pool was perfect a few days in. Other than that absolutely no complaints.

Location was the only thing that was good.

Staff could find us a room that wasn¿t occupied, several attempts made. Could not get keys coded correctly. Gym was closed. Mattress was stained. Bathroom tile was dirty.

A good price for the room size!

The parking lot is somewhat secluded. Someone backed into our car and they have a surveillance video but nobody knew how to work it.

Loved the kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher! Also, having a washer and dryer in the room was nice. I gather this property was recently converted to a timeshare. Not a luxury place, but great for the money. Great location!

Some of the furniture needs updating, but the bed was very comfy. Everything was clean. Not really much to complain about. I think it has converted to a timeshare property. I wouldn't trade my timeshare in Vegas for it, but it wasn't bad.

Nice size rooms for the price! Staff was nice, cleaning staff did a great job.

It was located to some of the attractions that we were interested to see.

The cleanliness has much too be desired. Although it's not the maids fault, the facility itself not only needs major repair, but the carpeting in the rooms were beyond filth. They definitely needs to be replaced.

Thought the 4 of us would be in a room with just 2 queen beds but on arrival we were placed in a condo with a kitchen. Living room and searate sleeping from kitchen and living space. Was wonderful accommodation

We upgraded to a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for our family needs. We had two bathrooms, 3 tvs, 3 beds and a couch bed, a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Everything we needed. The pool and view was cool also.

Even though we didn't have time to enjoy them during this trip, we loved that they offered outdoor activities for free such as mini golf.The staff was very helpful and friendly.Great location for our purposes (weekend festival at Silver Dollar City).

A couple of our rooms (we reserved 5 rooms for our group) had not been cleaned upon arrival. It seemed like an honest mistake though and they fixed us up very quickly.

2 bathrooms is nice to have
