This property is in a good location of Branson. We got to see all the strip had to offer on our way to the hotel. I have edited my previous review as I didn’t read the fine-print when booking to understand this property is undergoing renovation. After my first review I was contacted by the hotel and told them after traveling I would go over my booking with my travel partner. After reconsidering we cannot fault the hotel for us not reading the fine print. I appreciate the hotel reaching out, that is great customer service. I was not compensated in any way to change my review. My travel partner and I could not in good conscience let the negativity stand when we were in the wrong.

Great location and comfy. Front desk clerk Ms. Jan was so friendly and accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. Breakfast ladies were very friendly and the food was great. We will definitely use this Hampton again.

The hotel location was next door to venue. That is why we booked. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. But for cost we expected more.
Bed was uncomfortable made our hips ache by end of stay room a little musty. Due to long meetings we had very little time to eat if at all or get out and drive for around for food. more satisfying breakfast provisions would have been welcomed and where were the cookies?? ???? apples are a nice option but not a replacement for a warm cookie with your coffee or hot tea especially when it is freezing temperatures outside.

Location is GREAT! At the west end of the Theater District, but not in the middle of all the hustle. Lots of parking available.
I cannot remember EVER seeing or having to use a toilet as LOW as the one in our room. The "SQUATTERS" found throughout parts of Europe and The Middle East and Asia are as comfortable as the toilet in our room. Fortunately, I found a nice ADA restroom outside the pool that I was able to use when needed so I did not injure myself trying to get down, then back up from the stool in our bathroom.

Breakfast was good. Location was good.
The rate for the room was high. For not having any cleaning done there should be a decrease in price. I stayed in another hotel on Monday evening that was about 70 dollars less that was just as nice..

The location was perfect. It was on the strip, but far enough away from the main attractions that it wasn’t loud or noisy in any way. Breakfast was good and a lot of variety to choose from. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy
Very outdated. For the price of a two night stay, I expected a more updated room. Swimming pool was iced cold, wasn’t able to enjoy a nice swim after long day adventures.

The beds were soft, loved the plush comforter. (Once you took the outside layer off.) It was clean and the room was dark at night. We are used to it being dark so that was nice! It was also pretty quiet throughout. Heated pool was no hottub but it was nice. The location was perfect and checkout was quick and easy!
The staff at the desk were rude. The cleaning guy was just odd. He was just acting strange mumbling loudly and would occasionally say F*** while talking to himself. The breakfast was all prepackaged because of covid apparently. We tried to call in advance to ask questions regarding the breakfast and hot tub, but was on hold for 30 min and never got an answer. Since we had to spend an additional $40 per day for a decent breakfast this hotel was way overpriced. Not to mention, their site pictures showed a full hot breakfast,. It was not clear that this would not be available, only that it MAY not be. Which is why we were trying to call! The air-conditioner was extremely loud so it woke up my husband throughout the night when it would kick on. Oh and the paint in the bathtub was peeling. Oh and no roomservice because of Covid as well. (Didn't really matter to us, but just a heads up!)

Rooms were clean. Very good free breakfast. They had something different every day. Pool was great. Staff was great.
The shower head was extremely old. The hallways and the elevator were not air-conditioned.
