The Townhouses

I liked that it was so close to the parking lot. I liked the quiet and the privacy. Much better than a hotel! We enjoyed making breakfast on the stove and using the kitchen!

The toilet paper was very scratchy. It would have been REALLY nice to have had some pan spray. Also, to have had seasoning salt or creole in the cabinet would have been so nice.

The location was nice.

We didn't get the townhouse we booked. We were put into a second floor condo. We checked out early do to the tenets above stomping and beating on the floor with enough force that it shook our walls. This started 7am continued past 10pm daily.

I loved the amount of space, the access of being able to wash daily, and having on site entertainment for my family and I. Thanks so much for helping with our family memories.

Location

Was not what I expected. Needed some renovation. Had to run all over the place just to check in. Instructions to check out didn¿t work. Went to an answering machine.

Clean, quiet, perfect location, large space for my big family, tons of amenities.

The toiletries were so cheap and dated that they irritated my skin. I hated that in order to get my parking permit, I had to listen to a 10 min pitch on why I should go to a time share presentation.the man was pushy and would not let us go!

Location is excellent. Condo is very clean. Beds are comfortable.

May have been 20 channels total on TV. After checking in, went to get parking pass and had to deal with yet another guy trying to sell me on a time share presentation.

Room was not as listed, poor quality poor everything I want a refund

I was not able to check in til 4 even tho the stated check in time was 3pm had to talk to timeshare sales to get parking pass broken coffeemaker have not refunded my deposit they insisted on

The staff was outstanding and went out of their ways to meet our needs. The location is close enough to the main strip of Branson that you can walk if needed, but yet it is far enough away that you aren't bothered by it.

No, it was probably the most enjoyable Branson vacation that I've ever had and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all.

We were moved to another room that was not the same as what we had booked. The room was not as advertised. This also put us in the same unit with an extremely loud family. We had to call security at 1:00am to address the situation.

It was off but still close to the strip. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Large enough for everyone to have their own space and the 2 living areas was a bonus everyone could watch what they wanted on what little down time we had.

The room was decent for the price and the location was excellent. The staff was friendly and check in was easy if you read the site and know the times for check in locations.

It smelled musty and our shower had trouble draining and looked dirty but was actually clean. The toilet had issues flushing.

This is under Surry and not townhouses and you have to pick up your key at CC Resorts! It took me 2 and a half hours to get checked in after driving around! The room was very small and they took $100 on deposit I still do not have back!

Cheated on the room availability. Ended up paying more.

Not handi cap accessuable had steps so could not stay and the room only had a queen bed and not a 3 star for sure maybe a 2 star

Very convenient location.

Room was smaller than our bedroom at home. The doors between our room and the rest of the townhouse allowed all the noise to come through.

Staff was great and the location was nice. Good amenities and minutes from everything downtown

I found out that they sub contract their housekeeping duties to an outside company. My sheets had stains and spots on them. Otherwise everything else was clean.

The location was great

When you check in you have to see anywhere person to get your parking pass. That person then tries to help you get ticket and such. Just wanted to get the parking pass . Also there was a $100 deposit required on check in. Nothing was said about it

An exceptionally low budget condo booked as a 3 star. Television sound was ruined, could only hear static. Every time someone turned water on the pipes rattled in every unit. Loud enough to wake during the night.
