When we made our reservation, we were excited to celebrate our anniversary and chose a room with a stunning view. Given how important this occasion was to us, we wanted everything to be perfect, especially the scenery. Unfortunately, the view a dumpster.

Location was the only positive thing about this timeshare property.

That it was not a hotel or resort it was a Timeshare and I had to get a timeshare pitch!! Paper thin walls, loud people partying and dogs barking until 3 am nightly, we checked out early it was so terrible!

It was very quiet, and the unit was spacious. Two bathrooms.

I booked a king size bed. We had a queen. The blinds were damaged. The icemaker in the refrigerator did not work. The carpet and some upholsteries were dirty. There was an attempt to get us to sign up for a timeshare presentation when we checked in.

The sleeper sofa need a better mattress on it. Have maintenance to tighten up the refrigerator handle and stove handle

Elevator smelled musty. Room smelled musty¿had to buy air freshener. AC squeaked every few minutes 24/7, loud enough to interfere with sleep. Water trickled into toilet tank, took over 45 min to fill. Front window broken and wouldn¿t lock¿did get repaired

Clean and convenient

If you check in after 7pm, you have to travel more than a mile to another resort. It's cumbersome if you have been traveling for a few hours. Check in took add'l 20-30 minutes due to this.

very clean overall. kitchenette stocked well. bathrooms very nice. balcony also nice. good air conditioning also. pool and hot tub were inside and clean. needs more vending machines and nicer staff.

Free WiFi was terrible, couldn't even stream anything and disconnected often. TV's are small and dated, and cable plan is very limited for a suite. the washer/drying in unit was also pretty beat up, very loud and dryer took FOREVER. Parking lot is chaotic

Bathtub water on/off handle needed adjustment or fixed.

The rooms have lots of space, large bathrooms as well as large beds that were comfortable. The free internet was great also.

The couch was uncomfortable and wore out.

I was surprised at the updated feel of the room. I expected it to be not as nice as it was. I will definitely be staying and recommending this place in the future.

I did not like that I had to check in at a different hotel that was a ways away. It was late at night when I arrived and I just wanted to check in and go to my room.

Furniture needs replaced in living room, unusable. General updates needed. Toilet is awkward.

We loved this condo. It was in a good part of town, had a kitchen, living area, nice sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and nice sized bedroom. The only annoying part was finding where to check in...we went on a wild goose chase to find it.

This condo is very spacious and clean. It accomadated our group of 7 well. Easy to find and just minutes from all the shows. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here. I highly recommend these condos.

needed some updating tub/shower was difficult to maneuver because of it being a garden tub that had to be stepped in

It's maintained very poorly. We had to call for maintainence to screw down deck boards so we wouldn't trip on them going up the stairs. Resort is still using incandescent light bulbs and very high wattage at that. Way too bright at night & no curtains.
