The breakfast area was poorly staffed and therefore somewhat messy as well as several food items needed refilling.

Very friendly staff and the hotel was clean. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained.

The breakfast was not good. The "kitchen" had only a microwave and refrigerator. You can imagine the eggs, biscuits and meat. The gravy tasted like flour and chalk.

The breakfast was advertised as award winning and it was subpar at best. The hotel was clean but it could use some updating. The shower head was very poor and the toilet was very slow.

Good location, everything cery clean, friendly staff.

Had a King suite on the fourth floor and there was barely any water pressure. Took over thirty minutes to fill the whirlpool tub halfway and taking a shower was an exercise in futility.

The personnel working at the front desk were extremely polite and friendly.

The bed sheets had a stain directly in the middle of the bed. Plus the white comforter needs to be cleaned better.

The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk attendant who was exceptional. The pool and the hot tub were great and quite large. Location was good, not too far to any attractions or restaurants.

The toilet seemed weak, but maintenance was made aware when we checked out so it could be fixed for future guests.

The location was the best part about this hotel.

Our room was not in the best shape. The fridge was broken, sinks/shower did not drain well, and shower faucet was falling off. The pool area needed some attention and sauna room was not working.

The mattress was comfortable! In addition to that, which is no small thing, there was decent coffee available at all hours in the lobby

The breakfast offerings appeared aimed at the goal of ensuring that we die quickly. The proliferation of simple carbs, fat, and sugar was too much. There was an apple as a token offering for those of us who are not ready to depart for our eternal reward

Friendly workers

The shower head is so low even turning it up as high as it goes was too short. I had to scrunch down. I¿m only 5¿8¿. The shower curtain is also too short.

Room 423. Toilet did not flush and sink would not drain. Other than that everything was perfect.

The staff was so friendly and everything thing was super clean! Beds were comfy and they have a nice pool area!

It should be priced half of what it was. Was just a typical room. Had to request a shower curtain just to take a shower. Almost all the games was broken in the game room, which was the whole point of us going. My daughter was making it her vacation.
