    • Cleanliness, location was convenient.

    Cons -

    • We stayed four nights. There was no maid service. Our trash cans were overflowing, we had to ask for more toilet paper. The door to the bathroom would not shut. There was no deluxe breakfast as advertised. There was no ice available.
    • There was a lot of trash around the back of the hotel. Unfortunately, that was where our room was . That didn't bother me much, but the premium breakfast we were supposed to get wasn't available until 8:30 am. We could not wait that long. Left hungry.
    • No cleaning rooms; stayed a week and they never cleaned our room. Never brought clean towels, never changed the sheets

    Leaving

The key did not work and there was no on sight staff so it took over 1 hour to get in to the room. There was no breakfast on Monday. The staff on duty said it was the cooks day off. Ridiculous!

    Cleanliness, location was convenient.

    Lack of staff.

There was literally nothing I liked about this hotel.

This hotel was terrible. The staff was unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for thier awful rooms. The breakfast was just packaged muffins. My refrigerator made awful noises. The beds were like prison mattresses no box springs on a platform

    Location and price.

We got there about 8:30 in the evening. The lobby was closed and a phone number to call was on the door. When I called it they directed me to a key box and a number to open it to get my key. It was different than any place I had ever stayed.

Stayed here before, was great. This time was awful! First 2 rooms we were sent to were dirty. Third room was ok-ish. No cleaning service during the day! Pool (middle of November) still had pool towels in the basket poolside.

The friendly staff, and the amenities.

The bed was not very comfortable

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-24-2023

    Location was fine

Never could get anyone to answer the phone and no one was ever at the desk. The hotel was very run down.

We booked and paid for a king room with spa in May. When we got to the hotel we only got a king room without spa. Then got charged again for the room again. It took them 4days to refund me the second charge. They advertised a hot tub. And that was closed

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-18-2023

The room did seem to have been cleaned well.

The room, pool, breakfast did not match the description/pictures on the site. Supposed to have a room with a deck and view-got a 1st story room facing the parking lot. Breakfast got delayed until 8:30 so I ate at a coffee shop as we had to leave.

    Room was comfy and clean

Pool and game room was not open even tho website says it was

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-6-2022

The room was clean - the bathroom was spotless and undated considering the age of the motel.

This is a vintage two story motel, that is well-maintained. That said, smoking is allowed in some rooms and outside on the balconies and walkways. The ashtray bucket was full and smelled terrible, marijuana was also being smoked outside our room.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-19-2019

Not fancy, but clean and priced right. Great location off the main strip, but easy access to events. Nice breakfast.

No dislikes. We chose a two star hotel intentionally and could not be more satisfied.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-24-2019

    Super clean

No elevator and not much for breakfast but a bunch of grains

    8CynthiaPosted on: 7-11-2018

Nice, quiet and clean! Loved it!

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-6-2018

We did like the location and the desk clerk during the morning was very nice.

Yes I didn't like the fact fireworks were allowed on the property. I didn't come to Branson to worry about someone getting sparks on my car from fireworks. The front office person was very rude. She was too busy watching the fireworks in the drive-way.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-19-2017

Price is good, comfortable bed. Outdoor pool

    9RandyPosted on: 3-21-2017

Older hotel but very clean no funny smells, bed was comfy.
