I most definitely disliked the fact that I was required to checkout and move hotels after only 1 night stay when my booked reservation was for 17 nights due to the fact that I was a local resident and the hotel staff said that locals couldn't rent there

The young man who checked us in was so personable, both at check-in and daily as well.

There was a musty smell to the rooms. We changed rooms to one that was less musty.

The hotel exceeded expectations based on the stars given. The room was very clean, beds very comfortable. Also really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area in the back of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

It was clean and my room was very comfortable

They need a few firm pillows in the room. The pillows were way too soft.

This is a very modern and updated hotel. Great little bistro on the first floor with good food. Great hotel!

The barista on Sunday morning 9/24/23 did a great job! She even wrote ¿Go Chiefs!¿ On my cup because I was wearing a Chiefs shirt.

There is no breakfast unless you pay for it. Given the price I expected some sort of breakfast.

Close to where we needed to be and the room was a nice size

Toilet damaged . Room not well maintained for they type of money.

Location works well for our needs.

They need to do some basic maintenance like fill in holes and do a seal coat on the driveway. The room HVAC unit didn¿t cool the room well.

It was located exactly where I needed to stay. The dude that checked us in was a sweetie pie.

Yeah. The room smelled like mildew. The elevator creaked and groaned and rattled and made me fear for my life. The coffee/food place was only open one of 4 days we were there.

Location to the Sports Complex, far enough away and yet close enough.

First impressions came with the grounds outside the property. One or two dead trees, several areas of crumbling concrete and an asphalt driveway that needs attention. This should be below Courtyrad/Marriot¿s standards.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Twin fold out chair was something I had not seen before. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Pool was nice and water was heated. The hot tub was very relaxing. Comfortable atmosphere in the lobby, several places to sit.

I am blown away by the wonderful people at the Courtyard! I left my suitcase with an IPad, Zales Jewelry, Personal Information, and other valuables in the parking lot. The maintenance man reported it to management and they notified me! Very thankful!

Great lobby! Great staff! Great cook/food! Great food staff! Great room! Great desk staff! Great view from room! Great location! Temperature of lobby & room were great! Friendly, helpful, terrific staff from front desk to food to cleaning staff! Loved!

Only critique, because we loved this hotel, is Rooms need bigger fridges in the rooms. It looks like a bigger fridge could fit in the desk space cabinet provided for the fridge. Also, a microwave in room. I think you can ask for a microwave, however.

Room lay out was bad bed was uncomfortable noisey

The check in staff was attentive and kind.

Front desk said no one could help me w/luggage & would need to wait in the lobby for a cart. I waited 50 minutes w/toddlers! Never got a cart. A housekeeper saw me struggling as I carried the bags & said she could call front desk to help.

Large, clean room.

Still waiting for them to release my security deposit hold from my credit card. This should have been released the day that I checked out.

The room was very clean and modern. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and the hotel was very affordable.

The only thing that I did not like was the bed, it was too firm for me.

Room was awesome. Check in super fast and polite. Entryway very nice.

Great location as long as you don't mind the road noise - easy off/easy on I-70.

Guessing that anyone over 5'10" will be hitting the shower head. I almost had to duck to get under the spray.
