Carpet in room dirty, room smelled like cigarettes, no tissue in tissue box, tv remote dirty

The room was clean.

Refrigerator made noise all night, bathtub didn?t drain out after the shower.

The entire stay was exceptional. They even gave my daughter a sympathy card from the hotel. She came to stay for her brother's celebration of life. Their card was very touching as was the detail of every aspect of their stay.

Not a thing.

It seemed to be lower standards than other Hampton Inns we?ve stayed at, which disappointed us.

The staff - very accommodating!

Room is kind of small - and when you're on the upper floor it seems like you're stomping - floors very hollow.

Great coffee. Really good wifi.

Way too many dogs. Very poor sound deadening between floors. I though the heavy person above was going to fall thru the floor!

Great staff clean room good breakfast

The slamming doors at all hours of the night made it hard to sleep.

The Hampten Inn in Blue Springs provided a very comfortable overnight stay. Good location; Very well maintained; Very clean; Excellent staff from the Front Desk to Housekeeping to the Breakfast Staff. Clearly, they have a committment to excellence.

Clean, good location, Nice building

The hotel was perfect for our visit to a Chiefs game. Very clean, free parking, hot breakfast included, and extremely friendly staff. Close to highway and restaurants

There were issues with the fire alarm during the night that woke us. They apologized for the inconvenience. However, still would stay again.

Compared to other Hampton Inns, quite dated and amenities/breakfast not as good

Pool

several things in the room did not work properly and the staff did not fix it. Also I stood at front desk for a long time right in front of clerk and he didn't acknowledge me at all. Spoke to management and they refused to help or comp me in any way

Location. Staff was very informative at check in time and assisted me in any situation I had and I had several. Even provided me with a mask when I forgot mine.

The Parking. Came in late from a wedding, couldn't find parking. At my age I like to be close to a door. But the clerk showed me where to park and guided me to my room. It was well lit in the back and no inconvenience to my room.

The hotel and staff were exceptional, from check in to checkout. Everything was very clean, the hot breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very solicitous and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

It was just me and the room felt a bit cramped, couldn’t imagine having a family of four in it. Didn’t understand if they had pool open and had self serve buffet breakfast why they used COVID as reason hot tub was closed. Just doesn’t make sense.
