y. Elevator and pool was broke , I'd like a refund. Please

The elevator and pool and hottest did not work, the TV didn't work half the time I'd really like a refund or free nites somewhere else..

Booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each for a total of 3 Adults & 2 kids. The mngr charged us for an extra guest!?! 5 people in two rooms is too many??? Plus, two of the five people were children (under 10) which according to their website are FREE.

Reasonable rate, clean, staff

Could use a facelift. New pillows,. Curtains bedding, and carpets don't match and needs a paint job. But clean and comfortable.

This has been the best choice for housing while visiting family in Blue Springs, MO.

1. The breakfast choices are often poor. 2. We had no hot water one morning.

It was conveniently located right off the highway.

Just pulling into the parking lot creeped us out. Once I walked inside, I immediately wanted to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere. The place was disgusting and upkept. The breakfast eating area was not an area that I wanted to tempt fate.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great TV size. Beds comfortable. Close to many restaurants, etc.

Would have liked to had charging ports for phones, etc.

Nothing the heated pool was not heated, nor did they have hot water the entire time we were there found bedbugs to boot!!

Everything!! This place is a nasty, bedbug having place!! Avoid at all cost!!

Floor had cough wrapper alongside bed frame on the floor. You could tell this area around both beds were rarely vacuumed. The bathroom had dust on the sink in the corners and hair. 1 bed was hard as a rock the other was way too soft.Tub had a dirt ring

Rooms were clean. Pool area was clean. Staff was friendly and working to keep hotel clean. I was shocked when I saw the rooms were straightened daily. Thar never happens anymore in hotel rooms.

I have learned that bad reviews usually come from bad guests. I was expecting all kinds of things when we got there,but everything was fine. Breakfast was nothing fancy but waffles were good and there was some selection to choose from.

Staff and dirty The manager had the nerve to question me about a towel saying he had to charge me $15 because it might not come clean! The hotel itself was dirty only clean area was the pool! Never again will I stay here

I was able to have my dog with me.

While it was very clean, it is in need of some repairs.

The only negative is they don't allow you to take breakfast to your room. Like what?

Good location. Easy access from highway. Good breakfast bar.

The staff was "adequate" and did their job of checking us in and out. Training would be useful to have a warmer welcome. Staff was efficient, but not friendly.

The staff was super accommodating and helpful. They switched our room at the last minute with no problem at all.

The pool was cold.

Very quiet. Smelled very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

For the price it offered so much. They have a pool , hottub ,the breakfast had options, the bed was comfy as hell...staff member  was polite, peepy and very helpful upon check in as was gangan upon heck out..

The breakfast could of been warmer. Especially the sausage gravy but with that said I enjoyed it. It was yummy. And seems the hot water is non existent at night. In daytime no problems..
