Staff smoking outside the front door. When you have asthma, you stay in clean, non smoking venues. Allowing smoking at the main front entrance creates a serious issue. Allowing staff to do it, creates such a tacky, unprofessional image.

Maybe consider having a floor for just pets only. We were next to a room that had a dog. And you can smell the urine coming from that particular end of the hallway. It's an unpleasant smell. Or maybe this hotel doesn't need to be pet friendly?

The price point was a little high. We were in town for a wrestling tournament. I feel like this could have been a little better.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The amenities were great too with the breakfast and the evening Kickback menu. It made my stay pleasant and very inclusive.

A couple of the staff in the breakfast were not to polite and the could have different opinions for breakfast instead of eggs and sausage everyday.

Pool and area dissappointing. Whirlpool didnt work well, pool was really small, cloudy and warm. Loved the indoor/outdoor idea but for size of hotel was extremly small. Bathroom area out of toilet paper and dirty.

Drury is a very good hotel. Reasonably priced, nice clean room. The pool, hot tub and fitness center met my expectations. The breakfast was excellent as well as the evening gathering.

We have stayed here before and really liked the size of room and comfort of beds. The breakfast was also very good. We've not been able to arrive in time for the evening food and hospitality, but enjoy it when able.

All the free amenities. Pool, hot tub, snacks, dinner, breakfast and drinks!
