Had a luggage cart (though small and hard to push).

Everything. It smells so bad. I had to cover my face with my from home blanket the whole night because it smells so bad. Musty, moldy smell with an air of mugginess so you just stay uncomfortable all night. Very small bed, not a queen as it says.

Friendly & attentive staff, clean, quiet, value-to-cost.

This place was very good considering the price. The beds were a little too saggy for our liking, but comfortable enough. The shower head was a bit loose, but tightened up easily enough.

The espresso coffee machine - it's free!! Bathroom was cleaner than the room.

My room was dirty and humid. Dust, dirt , and hair was on the fridge, counters, tables... It was disgusting. Gray dots all over the ceiling and they claimed it was "paint." Based on the humidity of the room, we felt differently...

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff.

We have stayed at this location three times over the past year and it seems to get a little less kept up with each time we stay. We will probably seek a different location for our next trip to Kansas City.

We appreciate them letting us keep one of our vehicles there while traveling to Columbia..but then returning to stay again a 2nd night

GUESTS have forgotten they are NOT at home when staying at a hotel. So curb your hallway voices and teach your children the same!!!

it was clean. It was quiet and it was a sat eve. decent breakfast except to 1 cup at time coffee

power failure since when I entered rm clock blinking power had failed previously. No light over the bathroom sink ' Internet was slower than avg . Long line for Coffee machine it made 1/cup at time

They did not require a deposit

The smell of marijuana through the halls. There was no do not disturb sign in my room and no iron or ironing board.

Coffee machine in lobby only available during breakfast of 7am to 9am. I am an early riser an this sucks.

They had a sign in the room that they would not be doing housekeeping every day. I checked in Thursday night with a check out of Sunday. They woke me up Friday trying to get into the room. The lady at the front desk was not very polite when I complained.

Everything was excellent. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The TV was a little confusing at first, but nothing to get bent out of shape over. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!

Price is better than most in the area

Too many kids use the pool and make the floor slippy. Stomping in the hall can can very heard throughout

This motel was clean. It is a bit dated. The room was smaller. The bed dipped a bit in the middle. The pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was quite basic. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

This is an older motel, but everything worked fine.

Price , we tried booking a handicapped room. ( we have stayed many times) never get one. Some staff upgrades us. We have stayed almost a month and now want us to pay the difference. It¿s not our fault there are not adequate for wheelchair.

Very friendly staff and great hotel. Quality breakfast and 24 hour access to coffee and decaf coffee.

Room was super clean, the staff was incredibly nice. Breakfast was yummy and well stocked.

Absolutely met all my expectations. Only thing I wish It had was a full body mirror, but that's not meant as a bad criticism. One of us was very short and couldn't quite see themselves. But other than that, 100% satisfaction!

It¿ located next to a Motorcycle dealership who was having a large party. Live music blaring 60 ft from our window while try to let our 4 year old nap after a long car ride. Hotel staff made no effort to move us to the other side of the hotel.
