- Beautifully decorated for Christmas, smiling faces, super friendly staff.
- Convenient, clean, nice personnel
- It was a simple check in.
Cons -
- Nothing
- I did not want to give credit card at desk when checking in, I told them the room was already paid on a card, I was told if I do not give them a credit card , they would not check me in. They treated me very rude. I felt like i was a bother
- At check in absolutely no information was given regarding amenities, breakfast, pool, anything. The room also had some cleanliness issues. A stain on the bedding sheets, something gross behind and in the bathroom door, and a damp spot on the carpet
