not much the only good thing was that it was close to the hospital as I was scheduled for surgery the next day

the heat control did not work, do we had to turn the air conditioner to heat, that unit is near the ceiling, SO we had to crawl up om the the table using the broken chair I needed to shower prior to my surgery, but THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK!! NO WATER

Rooms were dirty , halls stunk , people smoking pot had the halls Smokey ,smoke coming in my room , Hot tub had poop in it I had to report it

Older motel and could definitely use some maintenance and upkeep, but value for money and close location to our relatives was important

Everything. Stained towels. Price of the room. I would have spent the extra 50.00 for a better room and amenities at the american inn. Was not worth the --- i spent. Hope they use it towards repairs and remolding

They are in the process of remodeling. It's a good value price. You didn't hear much traffic because it's not on the main road.

It would have been nice if they either had an ice machine or sold bags of ice.

No hot water, tub would drain right, bed was too tall, owner was NOT welcoming at all. He only took $10.00 off the price!! Should have been free!!

The location. It was super close to our son's college.

Staff awful. 1st room was moldy, heat register would not shut off, holes/peeling sheetrock & the carpet was soaked from leaky shower pipes. Staff wouldn't give us new room til next day. Ice machine broken &breakfast was a joke,out of everything by 8am.

Employees hide in their room with the door shut. Pipes leaking, carpet wet and musty, shower curtain gross. "Breakfast" is the biggest overstatement, a couple jugs of cereal, no fruit, no jam or peanut butter, just sad. The room wasn't cheap either

The hotel was a disaster. There were cigarette butts all over outside, one of the locks on the door was broken, there was no fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet, there were sheriffs coming through and a drunk guy staggering down the hallway.

Rooms were disgusting, dirty, aged beyond what i would expect as acceptable. We booked 2 double queen rooms a well in advance and upon arrival they only had one available, they put us in a king suite to accommodate then charged us more upon checkout.

No. Literally mins from downtown Waconia.. Exactly what I was looking for.

The front desk lady was very helpful for all of our needs. She tried her best to correct all of the errors we encountered.

The keys did not work each day we were there. We had to call to get assistance as there was no one at the front desk. The room did not get cleaned, bed made, or towels replaced with clean ones. The cleaning lady made the mistake. We got clean towels.

Very clean. We only needed a place to sleep and it was quiet and clean. No frills. Perfect for the price. Bed was comfy and water pressure in shower amazing!

The bathroom was way to small

Wasn't far from the college and I was able to check in early.

The TV did not work.
