Pros +

Very clean and convenient. I only met the front desk manager, but he was very helpful and polite.
The pool area was nice and the hotel layout was good.
Nice looking hotel, rooms were spacious, good location.

Cons -

When booking this trip I originally called the hotel. They guy answering (hotel employee) was very in friendly. Same as at check in. He could brush up on his people/ customer service skills.
The breakfast (hot selection and fruit) was not very good and much more minimal than we have come to expect from places like AmericInn. The person managing the breakfast was also not overly friendly which does impact the experience.
Pool had a lot of chlorine. Showers in room were barely warm. Don't like cold showers.
