There's no free parking. Deposit for room was 75 dollars a night, plus 39 dollars if u use the valet services. And if u use valet then u forgot your deposit coming back. So u would literally spend over hundred dollars for valet services.

Our We booked a king room but ended up receiving a double bed room. Upon checking in last night, our reservations were disorganized as well as valet. Michelle assisted in attempting to rectify the situation and was very nice.

We have stayed here many times in the past. It is in a good location and we have always found this hotel to be very adequate with good breakfast.

Location , friendly staff , great breakfast. We always stay here when we come to watch the wild, never had a bad experience

$75 to have them park your car but no other really viable places to park had to pay the valet

Ballet parking is to expensive, it should be free with a stay, not a requirement, or provide parking for their guests

1) Lack of wifi. 2) No staff member mentioned a required app for wifi before I read the literature after arriving back home. 24 hr coffee tea area was ICE cold at 1030pm

It was a lovely environment and very nice & quiet. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Parking fees are exuberant since there really isn't any other place to park a vehicle -- unless you use the public parking ramp next to Holiday Inn (scarey)

Front desk guy was rude. Did not have airport shuttle which is the only requirement I had when I booked.

You definitely can't beat the location; it's centrally located in town and walkability is excellent. The hotel itself is nice...I think it's probably a newer hotel or has been remodeled. Staff were friendly and the room was nice.

The hotel wasn't filthy but I definitely expected it to be cleaner. The floors in my room didn't look, or feel, like they had been vacuumed and I had to rinse some yuck down the tub drain prior to showering. Definitely disappointing for the price.

Bathroom door didn¿t work. Not waiting again to ask to move Only 1 woman at check-in desk. She was nice, but 2or 3 were clearly needed Was told there was self park. Was not. Added $35 plus tip to my bill. Had to wait 20 minutes to get car-1 valet onl

The staff was most accommodating. Good clean and maintained hotel.

No TV guide. Bottom sheet didn't fit mattress- kept popping off. Fridge lopsided. No microwave. Valet too expensive & didn't always answer phone. No extra packets of coffee in room for morning coffee. Breakfast not the best.

The staff were very quick in making recommendations on what to do and where to eat. breakfast was good too. very convienent to park there and walk around the city
