Beautiful building, spacious room and friendly staff. Perfectly located for train travel.

The girl at check in was not personable or nice. Also, the internet said there was parking but when we arrived they said it was only valet parking for $39.
The security was top notch and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of options.
Parking was not immediately obvious and hard to negotiate at first. The website didn't clear it up either. We had to park on the street, run in and ask staff what our options were. We chose to park at a public ramp across the street.
Breakfast
The woman at check in was rude and very unfriendly and pretentious. Stop charging people $100 extra for nothing some of us don't have thag extra money !!!!!!!!!
the room was huge and very clean and well appointed. The pizza from the hotel as a late night snack was amazing. breakfast was delish!
Valet only parking was fine but an alert before we got there on advertising would have been helpful. THe evening check in folks were terribly helpful. One gal was pretty pretty rude. The breakfast folks were so very kind.
Breakfast
All of our family stayed here for a wedding last weekend. Most of us noted that the beds were not comfortable. Very firm. A light foam topper would definitely help
Looks like a museum. Couldn?t believe the price, seemed like it should?ve been way more expensive, the rooms were huge, tall ceilings. Free breakfast was amazing.
The location to the train station is wonderful!!!!!
The beds didn't appear to be queen sized, were very hard and uncomfortable, and no fans in the bathrooms.
Location to all transit systems.
Leak in bathroom ceiling was reported yet no compensation was made to accommodate for this.
Location
There was a Coors can left in the refrigerator. The room only had one towel in the bathroom and the shower was very low pressure. Ima a St. Paul native and I expected better. The free breakfast ?buffet? was shameful!
Nice room where th great location.
Parking. I¿m not paying $30+ for valet. The tiniest pool in the history of pools.
Beautiful. Super friendly staff. Very attentive and sweet overnight staff the night I was there.
No I literally did not expect it to be that beautiful and to be honest have zero idea how I got the room for the price it was. I have paid triple to have a far less amazing of an experience
Rooms were huge with a big bathroom.
Of course the swimming pool was closed.
Amazing breakfast, large clean room.
The suite, the view and the room design
Staff entered my room without knocking or a key There was blood on the walls Mobs of teens roamed the halls beat up a homeless man and stole my door dash delivery The hotel had little accommodations and the toilet overflowed . There was a foul order
We liked everything about this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were the best. The rooms were historic, beautiful and very large.
Very nice room with huge windows and a great seating area. Very cool historical building that they dd a fantastic job turning into a nice hotel. Lobby area was nice and comfy too with lots of work space.
I loved the architecture and how tall the ceilings were throughout the building. The room layout was easy and convenient. Breakfast was great! Valet service was wonderful as well.
Parking wasn¿t made clear during the initial booking so that was a bit confusing but I called in and they explained everything.
Close to train station. Entrance needs to be marked. I am a 64 year old female who travelled alone by train. Arrived late at night. Not knowing where the entrance was almost broke me. Simple signage would help.
See above about signage to entrance when walking from train station.
