The staff from the valets to the desk were fantastic! So genuinely friendly and helpful. Perfect location for going to Xcel Center and lots of walkable options for dining.

The construction around the hotel made it confusing to turn into the entrance for valet parking. A sign marking to say valet parking here would of been ideal.

Location is awesome and I had a perfect view of Xcel Energy Center. The room itself was very clean and pretty large even with the two beds. The few employees I interacted with at the front desk and valet were friendly.

The location was directly across the street from the Xcel Energy Center's WILD game.

No microwave, no fridge, no alarm clocks, no information folder. Very plain for a "high end" new hotel. There is NO parking on-site. You have to park in a ramp and pay every 12 hours. Valet was almost mandatory @ $35.

No complimentary coffee or breakfast, be more clear that there is valet parking no parking on sight, our room happened to be facing the bus stop so was a bit noisy with bus coming and going and people congregating!

It was in a great location, we came for hockey and a concert, both and the grand casino arena. The metro bus stops right infront of hotel and right by lots of great restaurants. The valet parking was so nice and convenient. The staff were so great and friendly, especially security/valet! The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

The bed was a bit firmer than I’d prefer but that’s just a personal preference. Nothing to complain about!

You could walk to many different restaurants. Staff was friendly.

I didn’t care for the amount of noise you could hear from the street. Also no breakfast! When I received my invoice I was charged a $25.00 parking tax and other taxes that pushed the total of my stay way more then I anticipated.

Perfect location to go to events at the Xcel Center. Very clean and quiet even with the hotel being sold out. Helpful and welcoming staff. Loved the valet parking as it is very limited in the area. Will stay here again if at an event in downtown St. Paul.

Only negative was that the beds are really firm so woke up a little sore.

The reception and valet parking staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and functional, as were the public areas of the hotel. The room was quiet, good for us on a long and tiring journey. There's no dinner restaurant onsite, but we found good options a short walk from the hotel.

The wifi is advertised as free, but is only free to members of Marriot's club; joining the club is free, but results in advertising email so isn't really free. The parking cost is very high, with no self-parking options we could find at this downtown location. Getting to the hotel from the interstate was tricky in traffic.

The staff are the real gems at this hotel! They are kind, friendly and go out of their way to help out. The cleaning staff left our room in pristine condition every day. Truly a special place to stay because of the people.

Not a major negative, but there isn't parking on site. You have to use the valet parking ($35/night). The valet parkers are an amazing bunch - funny, engaging and interesting people to chat with - but it is a bit inconvenient if you need to get in and out often while staying.

Loved the shower. Nice room. Convenient location.

The bed was stiff as a board. The smoke detector went off after taking a warm shower, which was terrifying.
