Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis-New Brighton

We liked that the jOrel had suites available which allowed my husband and I to enjoy the living space while our son slept in the main bedroom.

Our room specifically had a dirty fridge. That was the only negative to the room and the hotel. The rest of the amenities were great!

The A/C unit sounded like it was struggling the entire stay. It was rattling so loud at times, it was hard to sleep.

In our three night stay, the breakfast was often underwhelming and strange. (Who has pulled pork as the meat with scrambled eggs?) The hot tub was tepid at best each time we tried to use it.

It looks very nice and well maintained. Its very clean. Its nicer than other hotels in the area but the rates are reasonable. Its generally very quiet.

Breakfast is free but its not very good. The bacon and sausage are barely cooked and the biscuits hard. The oatmeal is - well like paste. The fresh fruit is very good.

The entire hotel is extremely clean. Our room was spotless, very roomy, and a perfect home away from home. The location of the hotel was ideal for attending our grand daughter¿s activities. I would highly recommend this hotel & would stay here again.

Well, there was nothing particularly wrong with this hotel. I would comment about the height of the toilet in the bathroom. It was very low to the ground and my husband who has no knee or hip trouble didn¿t like it. Installing a grab bar would be helpful

It was quiet, well maintained inside Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was not as large as it looked in the pictures but adequate. Kitchen was nice. Heating worked well.

Blankets were old and worn. Pillows were heavy and not fluffy. Compared to other hotels that serve free breakfast the food was terrible. Egg omelet thing didn¿t even taste like eggs and the sausages didn¿t look cooked, oatmeal was like thick mush.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I appreciated her kindness. The room was clean and well-organized.

The waffle maker was very popular (many people waiting) ; another one would be helpful in weekends.

Apparently this hotel doesn¿t have bathtubs?? You have to request housekeeping services the night before! Ridiculous, I¿ve never heard of such a thing.

All was excellent except for the parking as I was pulling a trailer.

Parking was crowded, but good for cars.

This hotel is a little gem. Super clean, and staff is personable and very helpful.

It was very clean and neat. My children loved the pool and hot tub. The location of our rooms were very convenient for us to be moving back and forth to our rooms and to our vehicle.

This a a beautiful newer hotel with clean rooms, quiet atmosphere and a wonderful complimentary morning breakfast.

Great location just out of the main cities right off i35. Very friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast worth eating. First trip to the cities extremely enjoyable.

had to figure out the tv in my room. Was unplugged and I had to move furniture to plug back in. Bathroom had exhaust fan that barely worked.
