I was discriminated against and told to zip up my jacket like I had to follow some dress code thst didnt allow adidas track suits.0

Decent price.

Very dark lobby, room. Cramped breakfast area.

Free breakfast was spoiled. Yuck! Staff snuck in my room.

Clean, very quiet at night. Close to highway and smaller hotel

The sidewalk wasn't shoveled

Cleaning staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable.

Some of the surfaces in room were not dusted and coffee bag was left in coffee maker. Staff were abrupt and not welcoming.

Quiet and secluded. No immigrants running the place and cooking meals in their rooms.

Could have been cleaner. No coffee or breakfast. No blanket on the bed, just a bedspread. Horrible pillows and towels were like dish rags, very very old and thin and worn. Pillows, blankets, towels, curtains all need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable.

Staff are not very eager to speak w/customers. Breakfast was a meager joke. lights, tv and ac in room were disconnected from electrical outlets.

Manager was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

The evening staff was extremely helpful & accommodating.

The owner/manager was rude when we asked for an extra towel & blanket. Questioning why I needed one insisting I need to use the heater. When I persisted to ask for the blanket he continue to make me feel insulted & degraded.

Masks were required in all areas of the hotel except room. Room was clean. Price was good.

Air conditioner was loud but was happy it was working.

One of the double beds had dirty, soiled sheets. No breakfast considerations for a place that had them prior to Covid

Towels were threadbare with holes and greyish, should be white, room smelled of smoke, dusty baseboards, didn't feel very clean

Room is nice size and had what we needed to be comfortable except not enough towels for 2 people and couldn't find anyone to get more. Location is nice for appts in St. Cloud. Nice parking lot. Breakfast ok tho less than it was before.

Toilet was REALLY low and a little wobbly. Asked for extended check out of 1 hour when we arrived cuz of our appt times. Told to ask next day-then he refused cuz he'd have to pay cleaner longer.

they told me I needed a state certification for my service dog I have never heard of or been asked for a state certification( they reluctantly did allow us to stay)I called the org. where I got my service dog from and they informed me there is not one

The motel was very clean, it had great parking and had been recently remodeled and didn't have any strange odors (mildew, smoke, cleaning solution or anything else). The breakfast bar was much better than I expected. We had a perfectly acceptable stay.

Tried to get a hour or two late check out and wasn't allowed to because of housekeeping restrictions. Didn't really expect to get it, so oh well.

I appreciated that it was a simple check in process and an average room with a microwave and mini fridge, no complaints here!

For a quick one night stay it was perfect. If you are looking to be in mega luxury this isn't the hotel for you, but it's overall a good place to lay your head for the night.

Free breakfast, Wi-Fi & location. Excellent restaurant and bar across the street as well as quick trip behind the motel.

Checkin took so long we left & came back later. Next day a housekeeper came into my room & claimed i checked out even though I didn't. She was upset & yelled at me (another guest accidentally gave front desk the wrong room # when checking out). Rude!

Price was ok...

Tv didn't work....spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work and gave u and went to bed.

It was clean and served the purpose for the night.

Staff not terribly friendly and sometimes no one at the desk. Very dark around the hotel. Not close to much of anything. Construction going on right next door so lots of beeping from trucks backing in the morning.

I like how clean, warm, and comfortable the rooms are. I have always had a positive experience here.

I cannot always get a good internet connection from some of the rooms.
