- Location
- The hotel is conveniently located; I look for Hyatt House whenever I can. This is a newly renovated facility, very nicely done. We arrived shortly before midnight and appreciated the care available at that hour.
- Only positive thing it that it was security floors.
Cons -
- 1st room we were given had filthy walls
- Was told it had a jacuzzi. None. Said no smoking someone had smoked in bathroom because nicotine ran down walls. Molding near floor showed there was a hole in wall from something. Ice machine did not work on 6th floor.
- Food selections in immediate area were limited after 8pm.
