- Hotel employee the front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. Famous Dave?s connected to the hotel.
- The staff was great, very friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. I was pleased over all

Cons -
- The hot tub was not working as far as the temperature. Also, too many unsupervised children in the pool area acting out making it stressful and not relaxing. Eggs were too watery. They could also offer cheese to add to your eggs.
- The room was a bit dusty on the higher points, one of the bed covers had a stain on it, other than that it was good
- Smell in hallways, loitering at night in parking lot, standing liquid in elevator upon check in
