The motel is clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were good quality. It's undergoing renovations, and was relatively under-populated during my stay. My experience was unlike those described in reviews.

Cons -

Locks on door froze. No coffee maker in room and not available in lobby after 10 am. No breakfast options but vending machines.
Staff is very rude. Rooms are dirty. Up all night with doors slamming, people fighting. Beds are hard. To many drugs.
No hot water. wasn't aware of until there to check in. i did not get there until after 1:00 am. thought maybe a heads up would have been nice. But, things happen.
