It’s clean and modern and great location!
The entry outside front steps are starting to look “unkept” because the anti-slip tape is wearing poorly. Looks bad and should be replaced. Little things like this either make a hotel look like it’s well taken care of or not.

Hotel was very nice. Right across the street from St Marys hospital. Free breakfast was good and free dinner on Monday to Wednesday was an added bonus.
On the listing on Booking.com there is an option for breakfast included. It does not state that free breakfast is already provided. Parking is limited. There was no parking available when we checked in and we ended up getting a ticket because we were 10 minutes late on paying the meter for street parking.

I like the spacious rooms
I hated that they kept cutting money from my card even after leaving the hotel and they won’t return my money until now USD 4,123.29 extra other than what I was supposed to pay!

Stayed one night they are trying to charge me for three when it was clearly booked for one night

Large, clean room.
Signage is terrible. Sharing space with another hotel brand is confusing. No art anywhere. Cold and uninviting Parking ramp entrance almost impossible to find and leaving the garage requires your key card --which is impossible when it's been surrendered upon checkout.
