Spacious rooms with kitchen amenities

There is no stove and oven but they advertise as a full kitchen

There were stink bugs in the room, on the bed and floor. The manager rather than apologizing and helping fix the issue and refund us, just dodged our phone calls. I had to go to Hilton customer service to get a response and a refund.

The Free Continental Breakfast was fantastic, good choices, appreciate having a microwave available.

The breakfast hours are too short. The Hot Tub and Pool have issues, pool got shut down. Too many chemicals - it affected your breathing and gave rashes. Do not recommend the pool/hot tub here.

I've stayed at Home2 Suites many times and I was disappointed at the cleanliness of this hotel.

Loved this hotel! The room layouts are very nice it was clean modern and the location is excellent.

The front desk staff were great! Very efficient and friendly. Esp the 2 main guys during the 1st shift. The took care of us and our needs each day in the room. Cleaning staff were nice. Hotel was nice and orderly. Pleasant experience over all.

Room wasn't quite ready. Missing trash bags in the cans, No notepads/pens. No ironing board and only one coffee pack. The coffee was weak and terrible and there was no coffee in lobby. pool was on lockdown/sign up. no/bad coffee was a big deal!

Very nice hotel. Clean and well laid out. The breakfast arrangement is different but still very good.

Breakfast was excellent, clean, it has kitchen utensils, microwave, all updated, outdoor grill and patio, and indoor pool, lots and lots of parking space. I enjoyed my stay 😀

Pool a bit too salty and on the cooler side. More variation for breakfast.

Gym, room, breakfast

The coffee was empty the first 2 mornings, and the third it didn’t taste good

The suite was big. The gym was quite good.

The windows didn't open, so difficult to air the room. The rooms are only serviced every 2 days - and service doesn't include making the bed. The air conditioning is a machine next to the bed and is very loud.

No time for amenities this trip.Clean. Comfortable.

Love Home2Suites brand. The suite was just what we needed. So much space for my handicapped mother. Love the fridge, glasses, silverware, dishwasher, dark, dark electric shades

Housekeeping was a problem. We asked for service day one, left for a couple hours, came back and hadn’t gotten service, so we were going to nap, and put out the do not disturb sign. They knocked loud twice and then came in, waking my mother. Next day, got a text about how things were going, I said we really had to have housekeeping. They knocked while we were showering. I peeped out the door and said not now. As we left we said we still needed housekeeping (11::15 am). Front desk took note of it; got back at 9, still no service. Third day, we stopped by front desk and said we had to have housekeeping. Due to using the handicap shower chair the bathroom floor was soaked and most of the towels. Stopped at front desk on the way out again and said we had to have service. They said we weren’t on the list. But he added our room number. We did get service on that 3rd day, with 2 new towels (for 3 of us), more tp, and emptied wastebaskets. But the soaking wet bath mat was still hanging in the tub.

Ease of check in and rooms were clean and comfortable. Larger fridge is nice.

Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. Kinda gross.
