- Clean
- Everything was new & clean. The fragrance chosen for the public areas as very nice. Extra blankets I requested were delivered promptly. Room visited by maid service daily. Very happy with the stay.
- The location. We attended an event at the nearby Basilica of St. Mary. The Park: Just across the street was a wonderful meandering park, surrounded by tall apartment buildings, hotels and other businesses. Scattered throughout were tables/chairs/benches, shade trees, beautiful flowers/ landscaping, grassy areas and art !!! Security: on site and present. Felt very safe both inside and outside.
Cons -
- They charge for everything
- Turns in the parking garage to go up ramp are very tight
- Room was fine - but a few improvements would be to add a grab bar in the tub and a small hand towel holder by the sink. Refrigerator was a bit dated. No microwave. However, it should be noted that the beds were super comfy! Great mattress! ???

The entire hotel is really nice.
The fact that they put a $400 hold on my card, then took $171 out of my account while still having the $400 hold.
