- Room was nice.
- Proximity to our event, dining, and nightlife.
- Hotel employee who assisted me in checking in was very helpful in getting my reservation corrected, and getting me checked in quickly. I appreciated his friendly and professional demeanor and was happy to get to my room.
Cons -
- Housekeeping came to door at 9:30 am yelling and knocking. Checkout wasn?t until 1200.
- I can?t think of anything. It was exactly as described, and everything we were looking for.
- The bed was very uncomfortable. You had to use your key card everywhere! It was very annoying. For the price it wasn?t as spotless as you would expect. The staff wasn?t super helpful. I won?t be use this hotel again in my future visits to Mankato.
